REGISTERED APPRENTICESHIP PROGRAM

Once accepted into the program, students complete 15 units at a local college to earn a Certificate in Unmanned Aerial Systems. Neurodiversity Works provides training programs for Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) and First Aid/CPR/AED certifications. Then, a partnership with a Denver-based social enterprise staffing agency, pairs students with employment partners to complete the required 2000 hours of paid on-the-job training. Our program is in the process of being approved by the US Department of Labor and the State of Colorado.  Our program wages start at $18.00/hour with interim pay raises over the course of the program.
